What exactly is a vampire facelift?

The vampire facelift is a multistep process. HA fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane are first used to sculpt the face and restore the natural shape. The blood is subsequently spun in a centrifuge to isolate the platelets, which are then activated so as to release the potent growth factors.
Finally, the PRP is injected into key areas of the face using a very small needle. The growth factors in the PRP rejuvenate the skin over time by stimulating the production of collagen, and improving blood flow to the tissues.
